- Whipping Cream is derived from centrifugal separation of Australian milk, followed by
the addition of functional ingredients to enhance the performance of cream in whipping
applications. - The cream is then UHT processed, aseptically packed and chilled for
general consumption. - This product contains minimum 35% Fat.
- The product is free from preservatives, colours and flavours.
- It is suitable for vegetarians.
- This product does not contain any ingredients which have been
derived from a genetically modified organism that has been
altered through recombinant DNA technology according to
FSANZ Food Standard “1.5.2 Food Produced Using Gene Technology”.
