The supplier operates a world first recirculation aquaculture facility in NSW, Australia. The company was established to globally commercialise proprietary patented process for breeding and growing Bay Lobster.

Commercial scale production facilities have been developed to produce, process, market and distribute fresh chilled/ frozen soft-shell and live hard-shell Bay LobsterSustainably conscious and active, all of the products are grown and sourced without compromising the continuity of resources. 

 

Bay Lobster

Soft Shell

A high-quality seafood product, soft-shell bay lobster product is unable to be replicated from wild stocks. The intellectual property is protected by patents meaning they are the sole producer of the unique delicacy.

We offer standardised sizes for domestic and international markets, the soft shell lobster is consumed in its entirety (100% recovery) and boasts exceptional flavours.

Production of soft-shell up to 200kg per day will be available in 2021, however sample orders are available now.

Hard Shell

From the East Coast of Australia, a sustainably sourced hard shell Bay Lobster product is well known in East Asia, however availability can be volatile due to depleted wild stocks.

We have the capacity to supply fresh live caught hard shell bay lobster products up to 400kg per day.

Bay Lobsters are packaged into suitable environments to maintain healthy live animals for international transport.

The edible flesh is located in the tail and has a firm tender texture, with outstanding sweet, medium to rich flavours.

Export of live Bay Lobster product to specialised live importers and distributors.
